JobsReferral.ca is a SaaS platform that connects job seekers with employee referral opportunities for a subscription fee of 19 CAD $ per month. Our services include access to referral links, job listings, and application support tools.

3. Subscription Terms

• Fees: The subscription fee is 19 CAD $ per month. We may change the subscription fees with prior notice.
• Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the service by electronic or other means.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on JobsReferral.ca, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of JobsReferral.ca or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

JobsReferral.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

JobsReferral.ca may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our site.
